Yes. Food trucks and beverage tents will be on-site.

Hoedown Hill Music Festival is a rain-or-shine event. In the case of inclement weather, concerts may be delayed or adjusted for the safety of artists and guests. Updates will be communicated through our official website, ticketing platform, social media, and event announcements.

No re-entry will be allowed. 

Smoking or vaping is allowed within designated smoking areas only.

Yes. Each weekend requires its own ticket or pass.

Ticketing is cashless, but food trucks and bars will accept cash.

Yes! We offer a 10% Military Discount on General Admission tickets to the Hoedown Hill Music Festival.
To redeem, you must purchase the specially designated Military GA ticket(s).

Who can purchase? Current and former military members can receive 10% off General Admission tickets to the Hoedown Hill Music Festival. You may also purchase tickets for your spouse, significant other, and children 18 and under living in your household.

To gain entry to the event with your discounted ticket, you must present a valid government-issued military ID or DD214 at the festival gates. Entry will not be granted without valid military identification. All military discount ticket holders MUST enter the festival with the verified military ID holder.

Order Protection is an add-on service available for purchase at checkout, intended to give you peace of mind when the unexpected happens. Purchasing Order Protection allows you to get a refund if you’re unable to attend an event for a covered reason.

Order protection can be canceled within 14 days of purchase, and only if the event has not already taken place. Any requests either outside of the grace period or after the event has passed will not be eligible for cancellation. You can easily cancel your order protection and receive a refund of the order protection cost through a link in your order protection confirmation email. The subject line for this email is, “Refund Protection Order Confirmation & Important Information.”

 

If the organizers of Hoedown Hill Music Festival cancel the event due to inclement weather, ticket holders will be refunded the face value of the ticket and applicable taxes. Service fees are non-refundable.

If a ticket purchaser is unable to attend for personal reasons (including illness, travel changes, or schedule conflicts), no refunds will be issued unless the ticket was purchased with Order Protection during checkout. Purchasing Order Protection allows you to get a refund if you’re unable to attend an event for a covered reason. (Please see FAQ “How can I Submit a Refund Claim)

Shortly after receiving your Tixr order confirmation, another email will be sent to you from noreply@protecht.com with the subject line, “Refund Protection Order Confirmation & Important Information,” containing the information you need to get started with filing a claim. Please ensure you don’t accidentally delete or misplace this email. Navigate to the “Refund Protection Order Confirmation & Important Information” email, and click where it says “request a refund” in the email body. From there, you’ll be guided through a series of pages where you can select the order, provide any necessary details and documentation, and finally review, sign, and submit your request.

Yes, all guests—including infants and children—will need a ticket to attend the Hoedown Hill Music Festival.

We’ve made some exciting upgrades this year to enhance the experience for everyone, from top-tier talent and improved sound to better logistics and amenities. To help support these enhancements and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all, tickets are now required for every attendee, regardless of age.

SEATING

Seating is first come, first served. General Admission areas are on a graded asphalt surface. The VIP section is flat and located closer to the stage—ideal for standing or bringing low-profile chairs. ADA seating is available in both GA and VIP areas.

Low-Profile Chairs are available for rent at the Chair Rental Booth! ($10/ chair)

 Low-profile chairs only:

    • Low-profile chairs are permitted ONLY if the total chair height (including legs) does not exceed 28 inches in upright position.
    • All chairs will be inspected at the gate. Chairs taller than the maximum height must be returned to your vehicle or stored at the gate for the event’s duration.

 

Yes. ADA seating is available in both General Admission and VIP areas. Each has 15 designated seats reserved for guests with disabilities.

PARKING

Yes, on-site parking is available with the purchase of a parking pass. **Parking passes MUST be purchased prior to entering the venue.

Space is limited, so we highly encourage carpooling or using a rideshare service to help ease congestion. 

Yes, ADA-accessible parking is available on site and is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Any parking passes may be used to access the ADA area (Lot A, Lot B, Lot C, Lot D). Guests will be required to display proper ADA verification**Parking passes MUST be purchased prior to entering the venue.

    • **Blankets and tarps will NOT be allowed in Preferred or Super VIP areas

  • Stadium cushions

  • Low-profile chairs (see below)

  • Binoculars

 Low-profile chairs only:

    • Low-profile chairs are permitted ONLY if the total chair height (including legs) does not exceed 28 inches in upright position.
    • All chairs will be inspected at the gate. Chairs taller than the maximum height must be returned to your vehicle or stored at the gate for the event’s duration.

 

Clutch purses no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″ are allowed. Any bags over this size MUST be CLEAR and no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″. Clear small fanny packs 13” x 6” x 3” are allowed. 

All bags are subject to inspection.

The following items are prohibited:

  • Outside food or drinks

  • Coolers or koozies

  • Umbrellas

  • Bullhorns or noisemakers

  • Weapons (real or fake – includes those with a permit to carry)

  • Knives of any kind (including pocket knives)

  • Animals (except certified service animals)

  • Inflatable objects (beach balls, balloons, etc.)

  • Professional photography equipment or tripods

  • Drones

  • Drugs or drug paraphernalia

  • Smoking or vaping of any kind outside of designated smoking areas (Smoking or vaping will be allowed ONLY within designated smoking areas)

  • Strollers

  • Tall camping chairs (see chair guidelines below)

Note: Anyone with a weapon, including those with permits, will be required to return it to their vehicle before entering.
