SEASON PASS FAQ’S
Do passholders get discounts on rental gear, if so what’s the discount?
No, rental gear is not discounted for passholders.
Do passholders get discounts for food at any time they visit the grainhouse, and also is it the frosted spigot, lodge, sandbar?
Yes. Passholders receive a 10% discount on food and beverage at the Grainhouse and Frosted Spigot during their visit.
The discount applies only to the passholder’s individual order. If they choose to pay for a group, the 10% discount will apply only to their own meal and drinks.
The discount also applies to select beverages.
- Just doesn’t apply to liquor higher than well.
Do passholders get discounts on tickets for weekends?
No, weekend tickets are not discounted for passholders.
Is tubing included in the season pass?
No. The season pass includes skiing and snowboarding only.
Is there a limit to how many kids 4 and under one passholder can bring?
Example: if there is one season passholder and there is a birthday party with 10 kids who are 4 years old or younger in attendance, do they all get in for free to go tubing?
No. The season pass does NOT include access to tubing. However, one 4 & under season pass can be added per adult season pass, which will provide free access for the child to ski/snowboard. This pass is designated for one child and is non-transferable. Guests can receive one free 4 & under daily pass with each purchase of an adult daily pass, for tubing or for skiing/snowboarding.
Free admission to one winter event of your choice – what events do these include, and how do they redeem?
This benefit includes any Never Summer event. Passholders can redeem it by notifying Guest Services at the box office when they check in.
What are the steps after someone purchases the season pass? I don’t see anything in the confirmation email in tixr. Can you provide that info to me (ie: How do they get their pass, do they need to take a photo, etc.)
- After purchasing, they will receive the standard confirmation email from Tixr. See below
- Passholders will need to take their photo at the time of pass pickup, so each person must come in individually to receive their season pass, including kids.
- They must bring their physical season pass card with them each time they visit.
