GREENHORN HILL
If your Buckaroo isn’t tall enough to glide down The Bushwhacker, or if you’re looking for a more entry-level tubing experience, don’t fret! Introducing Greenhorn Hill – a tube-tastic run specifically made for a more approachable ride!
TUBING REQUIREMENTS
- All riders are required to have a valid snow tubing ticket to participate in any snow tubing adventure at Hoedown Hill.
- Bushwhacker riders must be a minimum of 42” tall. Greenhorn Hill riders must be a minimum of 36" tall.
- One rider per tube & no lap riding permitted.
- Riders must be able to remain standing while in line and on the conveyor lifts.
- Helmets are required for guests under 18 years old. For adults, helmets are not required, but are encouraged. (Tubing helmets are provided on-site.)
- Adherence to the Colorado responsibility code is required at all times.
- Tubing while impaired or visibly intoxicated will not be tolerated.
- Tubes are included in ticket. No outside tubes/sleds etc are permitted.
- Dress warm in layers with comfortable boots. Hard shell boots such as ski boots are not permitted.
- Children under 12 are forbidden to be left unattended, and must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian.

FAQs
While tickets can be purchased on-site it’s best to buy a pass online ahead of time so you can book your ideal reservation time. If your preferred reservation time is not available online then it will also not be available when you arrive on-site.
Yes, helmets for tubing are provided on-site for children and adults.

- On The Bushwhacker there are 10 lanes
- On The Greenhorn there are 8 lanes
- No outside tubes/sleds permitted.
- Tubes Rentals are included in ticket.
Tubing tickets are for 2hr time blocks, and include both The Bushwhacker and The Greenhorn.
No lap riding permitted. One rider per tube.
