Forms & Waivers

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience at Hoedown Hill, all required forms and waivers must be completed before arrival whenever possible. Completing these items in advance helps reduce wait times, speeds up check-in, and allows our team to focus on delivering a great on-snow experience.

If you have questions or need assistance completing a form or waiver, please contact Guest Services prior to your visit or speak with a team a member upon arrival.

Ski School & Lesson Form

Required for All Lesson Participants

All guests participating in group or private ski and snowboard lessons must complete the Ski School/Lesson Information Form prior to their scheduled lesson.

This form collects important information that helps our instructors prepare for your lesson, including participant details, age, and skill level.

Participation Waiver

Required for Anyone Participating in On-Snow Activities

All guests who will be skiing, snowboarding, tubing, or participating in any on-hill activity must have a signed waiver on file before accessing Hoedown Hill.

Spectator Waiver

Required for All Non-Participants Entering the Property

For safety and liability reasons, anyone entering Hoedown Hill property—including spectators—must sign a waiver, even if they are not participating in an activity.

This includes parents, guardians, family members, and friends who are watching lessons, assisting children, or accessing base area facilities.
