Our friendly instructors, and innovative learnin’ features, will have you glidin’ down them slopes faster than a tumbleweed in a twister. (Well, the learnin’ part is fast… the speed? We have a special program for greenhorns, and it’s called Terrain Based Learning™.
Designed by people who wanted to make learning to ski and board fun! And they succeeded!
What does Terrain Based Learning™ mean? It means you get a dedicated area to teach you how to glide and ride at your own pace!
Learning to ski & board on your own can make you mad as a hornet! (And your backside ain’t gonna be too pleased, either.) But fear not, Partner! At Hoedown Hill, our Terrain Based Learning™ area will have you glidin’ smoother than a buttered biscuit in no time!

Want some expert advice from a friendly instructor who knows a thing-or-two?
Our expert instructors will help you wrangle the basic techniques and have you ridin’ in no time. So leave the frustration, and tears, behind, and mosey on down to Hoedown Hill, where we’ll have you riding with a big ol’ smile on your face faster than you can say tenderfoot. Yeehaw!
NOTE: A skiing or snowboarding pass is required when taking lessons.
