Ticket purchases can be transferred or refunded up to 48-hours prior to the beginning of your reservation start time, less fees.
Cancelations within 48 hours of your reservation time forfeit 50% of your ticket purchase, excluding fees. Cancelations within 24-hours of your reservation are not refundable.
In the case of an event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or other operational reasons a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase.
