Ski & Snowboard Rentals
All ski and snowboard rentals are handled on-site this season. Guests may reserve rentals in advance or rent day-of, with all equipment professionally fitted and adjusted by our rental technicians upon arrival. Rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and online reservations are strongly recommended during weekends, holidays, and other peak times.
Guests do not select specific equipment or sizes in advance. All final fitting and setup are completed on-site to ensure proper fit, comfort, and safety. Walk-up rentals are welcome but not guaranteed during busy periods.

How to Reserve
Rentals can be reserved online or purchased on-site, subject to availability. To reserve online, click on the “purchase rentals” button. Select the day that you will need to rent on, then simply select the rentals ticket option and check out from there! Guests who reserve online will receive a confirmation email with required waivers and a short guest information form to complete prior to arrival.
Where to Go
All rentals are located inside the Ski School Building. Please enter through the right-side door and check in with the rental team. During weekends and holidays, fitting times may be longer due to demand and space limitations.
Returning Rentals
All rental equipment must be returned to the rental shop and scanned in by closing on the same day. Rentals are single-day use only and may not leave the property. Guests are responsible for all equipment until it has been returned and checked in.
What to Bring
Please bring a valid ID and a credit or debit card (no cash accepted). Guests should arrive dressed appropriately for the weather and plan to store personal items in their vehicle, as on-site storage is not available.

Rental FAQ
Can I reserve rentals in advance, or do I have to walk in?
Both options are available. Guests may reserve rentals online in advance or rent day-of. Reservations are strongly recommended, as walk-up rentals are first come, first served and not guaranteed during peak times.
Can I reserve a specific size or piece of equipment in advance?
No. Guests do not select specific equipment or sizes in advance. All gear is professionally fitted and set up on-site by our rental technicians to ensure proper fit, comfort, and safety.
How do I know equipment will be available if I can’t choose sizes?
If rentals are available for purchase online for your selected date, equipment is available. Final fitting and configuration are completed on-site.
What do I need to complete before I arrive?
Guests who reserve online will receive a confirmation email with required waivers and a short guest information form to complete prior to arrival. QR codes are also available at check-in.
Where do I go to pick up my rentals?
All rentals are located inside the Ski School Building. Please enter through the right-side door and check in with the rental team.
How long does the fitting process take?
Our goal is to have guests on the hill within approximately 20 minutes of check-in. During weekends and holidays, fitting times may be longer due to demand and space limitations.
Is the rental process self-service?
No. All rental equipment must be fitted and adjusted by our technicians. Self-service rentals are not permitted.
Do rentals have to be returned at a certain time?
Yes. All rentals are single-day use only and must be returned to the rental shop and scanned in by closing on the same day. Equipment may not leave the property.
What happens if equipment is returned late, lost, or damaged?
Guests are responsible for all equipment assigned to them. Equipment not returned by closing may be charged for an additional day. Or, in cases where equipment is not returned at all, customers will be charged the full replacement cost for each item not returned. Lost or damaged equipment may result in additional charges if damage exceeds normal wear and tear.
Do I need to keep my receipt to return rentals?
No. All equipment is digitally assigned to each guest and tracked in our system.
Can I rent individual items like helmets or boots?
Yes. Helmet-only, poles-only, snowboard boots, and snowboard bindings are available. Individual ski or ski boot rentals are not offered due to safety and binding requirements.
Can I switch between skis and a snowboard during the day?
Switching equipment mid-day is not guaranteed. Accommodations may be made on a case-by-case basis if availability allows.
Are multi-day, seasonal, or group rentals available?
No. Rentals are single-day only. Seasonal rentals, multi-day discounts, group discounts, and season pass discounts are not currently offered.
Are rentals included with any programs?
Rentals are included with the Learn to Ride Program. No other programs currently include rentals.
What do I need to bring to rent equipment?
A valid ID and a credit or debit card are required. Cash is not accepted. Guests should arrive dressed appropriately for the weather.
Is there storage for shoes or personal items?
No. Guests should plan to store personal items in their vehicle.
Do minors need anything special to rent equipment?
Yes. Guests under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign all required waivers.
