Addressing Community Concerns Regarding Noise

Dear Community,

We would like to address recent concerns raised by members of our community regarding noise levels associated with Hoedown Hill, a recreation destination brought to you by The Water Valley Company.

First and foremost, we want to express our sincere apologies for any inconvenience and frustration caused by our snow making equipment. We fully acknowledge the impact that noise disturbances can have on the daily lives of our valued neighbors. It was not our intention to disrupt the tranquility of our community. Instead, our mission is to improve the lives of our community through fun, family-friendly attractions. Therefore, we deeply regret any unintended consequences that may have resulted from our recent snow-making activities at Hoedown Hill.

We understand and respect the concerns that have been brought to our attention, and we want to assure you that we take this matter seriously. Your feedback is crucial to us, and we are committed to finding a swift and effective solution to address the noise concerns.

To expedite this process, we have engaged the services of Urban Solution Group, experts in the field of noise mitigation. They will be working closely with our team to thoroughly assess the situation and implement measures that will not only bring immediate relief but also ensure a long-term resolution.

As we work diligently to rectify this situation, please know that we value your understanding and patience. Hoedown Hill, and The Water Valley Company, are proud members of the Northern Colorado community, and we remain committed to being good neighbors while offering fun recreational, dining, and entertainment experiences.

We appreciate your continued support and encourage you to reach out to us with any additional concerns or suggestions. Your input is invaluable, and we can assure you that we are working earnestly to bring a solution to this inconvenience.
